FRAME: Our steel frame, manufactured from 1.50mm bended CCR1110 grade DKP sheet metal, features an adjustable design tailored to your wall. This ensures easy and robust installation on any type of wall structure.
LEAF (DOOR PANEL): We meticulously weld a 1.00mm bended trapezoidal sheet into the steel leaf frame, which is produced using 1.50mm CCR1110 grade DKP sheet metal and a 60x40cm profile sub-frame system. This monoblock steel leaf is engineered specifically for your maximum security.
LOCKING SYSTEM: We utilize a Kale brand semi-central locking system. With every turn of the key, you can effortlessly operate the high-level 6+1 point, 3-stage locking mechanism. Additionally, our adjustable luxury “plug-and-play” strike plate ensures the door closes perfectly, keeping unwanted guests outside.
HINGES: Your security is maintained without compromising aesthetics, thanks to three 30mm diameter, ball-bearing, adjustable, and lubricable nickel-plated luxury hinges.
SECURITY PINS: Featuring 4 pieces of 22mm capped security pins with the ABSDOOR logo, your door functions like a high-security vault. These pins lock into the frame from the hinge side, ensuring the ultimate safety of your family.
Estetik
LEAF SURFACE: The front surface features a “Cloud System” (Ada) embossed application made of 18mm Matte Black PVC-coated MDF layered over 10mm Bronze PVC-coated MDF. For the rear surface, 10mm Satin White PVC-coated MDF is utilized.
FRAME CLADDING: The exterior architrave is covered with 12mm thick and 14cm wide PVC-coated MDF to conceal the metal components. By cladding the frame wall and interior architraves with the same material, the decorative warmth of wood is brought to the forefront.
ALUMINUM STILE: The outer frame of the door leaf is clad with our proprietary, 93mm wide stainless inox aluminum stile, a registered design unique to our company.
PREMIUM ACCESSORIES: On the exterior, a “Muska Lama” handle made of 6mm sheet steel with a Teflon coating is applied. On the interior, we use the specialized “Erciyes” mirrored door handle. Thanks to the imported wide-angle door viewer with a 180° field of vision and a privacy cover, you can easily see visitors before opening your door. A concealed safety latch with a square rose is used to complete the accessory harmony.
PAINTING SYSTEM: In the first stage, the frame and leaf are washed with phosphate ($PO_4^{3-}$) for degreasing. In the second step, they are coated with eco-friendly electrostatic powder paint. Finally, they are heated for 15 minutes in specialized ovens set to 220°C to achieve an aesthetic surface resistant to impacts and harsh climate conditions.

STONE WOOL: We insulate the door by lining the inside of the sash from top to bottom with 70mm thick and 50DNS density stone wool.
DOUBLE SEAL: We use EPDM rubber seals conforming to TSE standards in the frame, and ‘T’ channel rubber seals in the sash. Thanks to the first-quality gaskets we use in both the frame and the sash, we keep cold air and noise outside, and warm air and peace inside your home.
